Whether you are unhappy with the part, it did not fit or it was not needed for the job, we are here to help.

Here at Best, we believe you will be completely satisfied with your parts delivery. We understand, if the parts you ordered are not what you expect or simply do not work for your application, we have made it easy to review and return your product.

As a valued guest, you will have 20 calendar days to request return of your part. The eligibility of your return includes an unused part in its original condition from delivery.

Your part must be in its original packaging and needs to be accompanied by your original receipt of purchase. A copy of the original receipt will work as well. 

All returns will be processed through our website using the customer returns section. Please allow for 24-48 hours for a return to be approved and processed by our wholesale team.

Delivery and Pick Up

We provide direct delivery to your door. Inclimate weather may delay some deliveries. In our case, we will communicate with you directly to ensure your Best Parts make it to you in its timely fashion. Our direct delivery services will be at no additional cost to you.

Your returned item can be picked up within the 20 days of order to help keep your team on pace. We will inspect your part upon its return and notify you immediately of your refund status. After your return is approved, we will proceed to refund to your credit card or original form of payment. Based on your refund status, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible.

No returns on electrical parts. No return on glass products. No return on parts showing any sign of installation. No return of any part that has been painted. No return on airbags for any reason. No returns 20 days from date of purchase. All parts subject to restocking fee.
